Winter Elegance 2Completed by Susan Heanes

I used red card for the base,and added gold fine line peel offs around the edges. I then matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of gold embossed card with foam tape,and stuck to the base card.

The other decoupage was layered with foam pads.I then added glitter to the snow areas.This card would be great for either Christmas or a Winter Birthday.
