I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a DL card landscape. I assembled the decoupage and the frame using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card with double sided tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the snow on the roofs and to the centre of the ribbons.
