Stream Snow Scene with Poinsettias DecoupageCompleted by Peggy Stogdill

I resized the sheet so I could use a 5"x7" card with space for a border, then printed two copies.

I covered a card with glittered paper, then attached the base image with strong dst.

From the second copy, I cut out the oval area, then attached the "frame" with silicone gel to let the scene recede a bit.

Added the decoupage and the sentiment with silicone, adding one of the extra flowers I had to the upper right, letting it extend onto the glitter paper border a bit.

I added copper glitter dots to the flower centers, the ends of the sentiment panel, and the corner scrolls, and a narrow copper peel-off border to echo the color in the sky.

Finished with scrunchy, "vintage" ribbon and the matching insert, cup445289_425. Such beautiful colors in this design!
