Star Over the Rooftops 7x7 Card with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to ivory card, then on to a 12cms card. Layered all elements. Added beads to the flowers and glitter tothe star light and snow. Finished with a greeting. A gorgeous design in pretty pastel colours.

NB: If you purchase this finished item, price is for a 12cms card.
