I printed this on to matte photo paper, used an A5 card blank that I'd printed with my sentiment. I layered the design up with foam pads then adhere to card front using DS foam tape.
I glittered some parts of the design added a ribbon and bow down the side, peel off coorners, then 3 snowflakes in bottom right corner.
