Snow Village in the Moonlight Card and DecoupageCompleted by Rosina Walker

I printed this image onto a sheet of 120g smooth decoupage paper, mounted the main image to some gold mirri card, cut around leaving a gold edge, then mounted it to a 6x6 scalloped card, decoupaged up the front of the card, than added the text and glamour dust to the snow.
