Penguins Love Christmas Decoupage Topper 2Completed by Valerie Spowart
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Scenes
I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a scalloped edge white square card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with silver snowflakes to top inner corner and crystal glitter to trees and hat.
A lovely design.
