I reduced this size a bit and printed on matte photo paper, then covered a card with pearl cardstock and attached the base image with dst.

I added the decoupage with thin foam pads for the first layer and silicone for the floral layers.

Finished with a scrunchy "vintage" ribbon bow and a sentiment from another CUP file. Such an appealing design!
