Pale blue card was used for the base,and silver corner peel offs added.I matted the decoupage base layer onto silver mirri card with foam tape,and stuck to the base.The other layers of decoupage were layered with foam pads.I finished by matting one of the greeting tags onto silver mirri card with foam tape,and added to the corner of the card.
