I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a red mat and than onto a white card with silver edging.
I assembled the elements with foam pads and added some crystal glitter. Very easy design to cut out, no white on white.
Lovely design, love the decoupage.

I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a tent fold card and punched the lower edge. Layered all elements. Added glitter to the snow. This is a gorgeous design with a nostalgic feel to it.
