I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a red mat and then onto a white textured card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue added one of the sentiments, the two bows and some crystal glitter. Beautiful design.

Printed on Crafty Bob's glossy paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst and added silver peel offs.
This is a lovely design.
