I printed the sheet onto white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto a layer of white card with punched snowflake border, then a layer of blue card then finally my card base using DST.
I then added the decoupage with foam pads.

Printed on glossy photo paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a beautiful design.
