Christmas Baby Scalloped Edge Card with TopperCompleted by Jane Wells

Adorable design, printed onto photo card - I cut out the scalloped image and layered using 3d foam pads. I added gold stickles glitter around the scalloped border and glitterdust to the chimney and baby. A very easy and quick card to make with a hint of whimsy!
