I printed the sheet onto good quality smooth card and matted the topper with some pearl card,a punched border and some gold mirri before attaching it to my card blank.I used foam tape for the ruffle topper and glue gel for the decoupaged corners and to shape the bow for added dimension.Finally i added a pearl to the bow to finish this gorgeous design,it's so pretty!
