I used a black card blank then fixed a piece of red card to the centre - added narrow double sided tape to the outer edges of the black card and then sprinkled glamour dust.

Attached the main design to the red panel and built the decouage.Fixed sentiment in place and glittered the candles and parts of the angels to finish
