A Water mill in winter 7x7 card with decoupage and sentiment tagsCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added die cut leaves, beads, glitter, and finished by personalising the blank tag. A gorgeous design. Please let me know your choice of sentiment if you purchase this finished card.
