The Santa Clause Convention DlCompleted by Candice Woolfall

I printed the CUP sheet onto a heavy card stock paper. I cut out all of the decoupage elements from the sheet. I horizontally folded an 8X11 white card stock paper to use as a base for the card.

I used two sided tape to attach a blue backing paper to the original white card stock base. I then used foam mounting tape to layer each decoupage piece into a 3d effect picture. I used a small sponge bruch to paint clear shimmery paint to the card for a snowy effect.

I layered red card stock with green polka dot card stock with foam mounting strips as as a platform to place the sentiment.

I printed the sentiment onto clear adhesive paper and attached it to this platform. I used colored pencils to sharpen the colors. I layered the inside of the card with red and green polka dot card stock by using double sided tape.

I used the same method as the card front for the finishing sentiment.
