print and cut out the design.. Fold white card to size required. cover this with a background paper. Using 3d foam pads or silicone glue stick design to the card. stacking to build up design. Add a reindeer peel off to corner or where requited.
Glitter glue the trimmings of Santa.s suit. also where else needed.
