Christmas Santa is Coming Decoupage TopperCompleted by Tracy Priddle

I used white card . I then made up the decoupage and mat and layered onto blue mirri card. I then attached to the white card. At the top of the design I stamped on some christmas lights and coloured and glittered them for a lovely effect.

I glittered the snowmans hat and the santas hat to make a really sparkly card. A lovely design.
