I covered card stock with a blue paper with a moon shining on it. I cut out some white crystal paper in the shape of a pond and stuck that on the card. I stuck the first Santa Layer on to the pond and assembled the decoupage.
I added the "Merry Christmas" message provided to the bottom right of the card.
