I used a christmas backing sheet for this and after carefully cutting out all the elements of the card I layered each part with foam pads before placing to the top half of the card.

Using a fine glue pen, I outlined all parts, window frames,trees, lamp post, ribbons, snow etc before adding silver glitter dust. finishing off with silver/rainbow peel off borders and baubles.
