Its Christmas So Let It All Hang Out Topper & DecoupageCompleted by Cynthia - Designed & Made to be different.

Printed onto CB matte paper, trimmed with fancy edge trimmer, mounted easel style onto white card with punched corners, decoupaged with foam pads, added extra washing line, clothes peg, white pom poms to the hats, glossy accents to tongue and eyes, a star, liquid snow, I made a stopper out of embossed card and a christmas wreath, a really great design suitable for a man and the decoupage layers are amazing.
