I initially printed the sheet onto white heavy card stock paper. I cut out all of the elements from the sheet. I covered the white card stock with red card stock using double sided tape.

I used foam mounting pads to adhere the base decoupage layer to the red card stock. I then layered the other decoupage elements onto the base with foam mounting pads for a 3d effect. I used glitter on the card for a shimmering snow effect. I adhered a Christmas sentiment to the right top of the card.

I used two sided tape to green card stock and lined the inside of the card.
