I printed this sheet out on decoupage paper. I cut the pieces out and stuck the base card on to card stock and added the decoupage.
I then stuck the tabs on to thicker paper cut them out , made a hole in the top of the oval tags and put ribbon through, I then folded the rectangular one in half.
