I took a sheet of red mirri card cut it to the size i required ,then punched around it,mounted this to an 8x8 scalloped edge card,then printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper,decoupaged up the front of the card and added some text,i also added glitter to Santa's fur trim and the snow on the tree.
