I took an 8x8 card,then punched out a blue border,stuck the border to the card, printed this image onto crafty Bob's new gloss paper,mounted the main image to the frame on the card,then decoupaged it up padded gold glitter the the gold circle and baubles on the tree,then placed pearls in the flowers center.finally a ruby gem on the top of the tree.
