I printed onto super smooth card, matted the base image to gold backing paper with tiny hearts from my craft box, attached to a scalloped card with dst then layered with foam pads and glue gel.
I embellished the flowers with clear wink of stella for a pretty shine.
Lovely classic New Year design in pretty blue and gold.
