I have designed this card front as a 3 layer step by step.
Simply attach the main image to your card, this is sized for a 7x5in card, then add the next layer and finally the smaller layer, use 3D foam or silicone glue to add some height betweeen your layers, then embellish with a ribbon to finish.

The design was printed onto matte photo paper,and matted to pink glitter paper then attached to a scalloped edged card with dst.
I used clear wink of stella to highlight flowers and beads. A pretty, feminine New Year design in pink and gold.
