I have designed this scallop decoupage topper for a 8x8inch card, it fits with enough edge for a backing sheet.
I have added a sentiment for that Christmas occassion you might need and you can add the extra layer to give your card some depth, add glitter, shimmer or your own embellishments to make the card your own.

I layered up all the pieces using silicone because I wanted to add a curl to the edge of the petals and round out the bottle.
It's mounted on dark cream card and finished off with peel off corners and a bit of glitter in the centre of the flowers and on the holly berries
