I printed the design on quality photo paper and attached the base to a gold card stock and than to a red card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue and added a bow to the corner of the card.
I printed the insert on matte photo paper and attached it to my paper and secured with dst. Quick and easy, a nice design.
