I used pale blue card for the base.The base decoupage layer was matted onto a piece of silver mirri card with foam tape,and then stuck in the middle of the card with foam tape.I then edged the card with silver border peel offs.The other decoupage was layered up with foam pads.This is ideal for either a Winter Birthday or Christmas card.
