Light blue card was used for base.I matted a panel of snowflake paper on the fold edge,and edged with snowflake border peel offs.Then I matted the decoupage base layer onto a piece of silver mirri card with foam tape,and matted this onto the card with foam tape.After layering up the decoupage with foam pads,I finished off by glittering the snow areas and a happy Christmas peel off.
