Modern Winter Scene Red Hat LadyCompleted by Priscilla Sharp

I printed this out onto card stock and cut it all out. I used foam pads to assemble. This topper was put onto a red card. I used a glitter yarn to simulate snow on the bottom and on the trees. Great for your favorite Red Hat Lady.
