Happy Christmas Elf with Candy and Pressies + Decoupage RedCompleted by Candice Woolfall

I folded an 8X11 white card stock sheet in half vertically to use as a base for this card. I began this card project by printing the CUP sheet onto heavy card stock paper. I cut out all the elements from the sheet.

I used double sided tape to adhere blue card stock paper to the initial white card stock base. I also adhered the decoupage base sheet to the blue card stock with glue. I then used foam mounting pads to layer the remaining decoupage elements. I glued a red satin ribbon to the bottom of the front card.

I layered lime green polka dot card stock on top of green card stock with foam mounting pads. I printed the sentiment onto clear adhesive paper and then adhered it to polka dot paper. I punched two small holes into the top left corner of the card and used thin green ribbon to tie a bow.

I covered the inside of the card with green card stock and also used the same method of layering for the inside sentiment.
