Christmas Cheer Decoupage TopperCompleted by Susan Smith

With this design i first printed it out onto glossy photo paper, to bring out the colours more, then after cutting out all the elements, i placed the main design base onto the front of a gold C5 card, i then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design and the inner frame, then i finished my card, by making up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, this is a beautiful design for your christmas cards, was very easy to cut and make up and is stunning when done.
