Merry Christmas in Blue Step by StepCompleted by Chris Smart

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out all of the layers. Used 2mm foam pads to give the decoupage more depth. I mounted some matching blue glitter card to an 8x8" white card which created a deep border when the topper was added.

I highlighted some of the areas with silver jems. I finished it all off with 3 small blue flatbacked gems to the top and bottom of the card, and silver peel offs to the outside border.

A beautiful and effective card which I will be sending out to special people this Xmas.
