I printed the coordinating large size bag card (cup533456_425) onto matte photo card. I scored & folded the card then removed the slots for the handles. I attached the handles & tag pieces back to back using DST & tacky glue.

I placed the handles through the slots & secured on the inside of the card using DST. I then added the matching insert (available separately) which covers the tabs. I added the decoupage pieces using 2mm foam pads. I decided to use one of these as a tag for the large bag so added ribbon rather than the card handle.

These can be used as the place cards for table settings, as gift tags or as I have done.
