Christmas Bells Ruffle Card Front Step by Step

I have designed this card front to fit a A5 card. This has the vintage feel with the ruffle edges

and the touch of lace and I have made the extra topper to build a

3D card front for your card or project, this is included on the sheet.

Simply cut out the card front and attach to a blank card, then cut

out the layers and layer up the front using either 3D foam or silicone glue, then add the extras.
