Printed onto glossy photo card and cut out all the elements on the sheet. Covered an A5 card blank with backing paper and matted main image onto black cardstock before fixing to card blank with double sided tape.
I added the first 2 layers with foam pads and the final layers with glue gel, shaping the wheels first with an embossing tool.
