This makes up a lovely shaped christmas card, with cute gingerbread characters.
Cut out the main piece from the sheet and stick to your folded card, placing directly to the fold and cut around and you have a lovely shaped card, then just add the decoupage elements, and maybe some glitter or other embellishments of your choice.

I printed on to matte photo paper. I covered a card with a paper from cup926963_70864. Mounted the topper and layered all elements. Added glitter to finish. Absolutely adorable!

I printed the sheet out on matt coated card, then adhered to folded cardstock, placing right against the fold, cut around the card fron to create a lovely shaped card, I then added the decoupage elements, and of course some glitter.
