Printed card onto 200gms Premium Gloss Craft Photo Paper. Cut out the two images. Mounted main image onto 200gsm card with spray glue. I scored and folded the card across the top of the image as making a tent card. I then cut around the remaining the edges together to shape.
I attached the topper using 3mm sticky pads.
I then embellished with rounded silver hearts. A card with plenty heart melting moments.
