Dl Christmas Tag Topper - Santa Boot KittyCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a DL card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the fur on the boot and hat.

I finished this gorgeous card with a bow from design Paper Bows Christmastree, cUp 554079_2013.
