I PRINTED THE ART WORK ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT A BLANK CARD. I USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I GLUED A BACK GROUND TO THE BLANK CARD. THEN I GLUED THE ART WORK ON TO THAT. I LINED EVERY BORDER WITH GOLD METALLIC PAPER.
I USED ALL SORTS OF GLITTER. THEN I CHANGED THE COLOR OF WORDING WITH SILVER METALLIC PAINT
