The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image has been attached to blue card. silver peel off was used for the borders. The layers were added using foam pads. Tiny blue gems have been added to the centre of the flowers to finish.

I printed the sheets onto high quality card paper. I cut out all the elements. Using double side adhesive tape I attached the decoupages to the card. Then I glued it onto the base card and added few glittering and insert.
