I matted the base layer onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and then layered this onto a Champagne White card base with d/s tape.
I then layered up the decoupage with foam pads.
The Greeting Tag I matted onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and added this to the top of the card with foam tape.
To finish off the front I added Glitter, a Gold Bow and small Gold Gems. The back of the card is finished with a Matching small topper and Handmade and the Matching insert, with a Verse inside.
