I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper. I cut out the main picture and attached it to a white card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.

Isn't this one just a cutie for Christmas cheer. I printed out the sheet, cut out the elements and mounted them with foam tape. Then adhered the base topper onto a ready-made white card base and it was done.
