I reduced the size slightly to fit a 5"x7" card, allowing for a narrow border, then printed on matte photo paper, printing an extra copy of the card front.

I attached the base card with dst, then cut out just the frame portion of the second copy and layered it on with silicone gel.

I love how Sandra has left the background in the tiny bits on the decoupage. It makes it so much easier to cut!

I decided not to use the last layer of the decoupage because I'll use it to make another card from the piece I cut out of the second card front.

After attaching the sentiment and decoupage with silicone, I finished with a bit of glitter, some Flower Soft "snow", a tiny bow, and the matching insert, cup463191_719.
