I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to a square white card, added topper and decoupage with foam pads and finished with red pearls to corners.
A lovely design.

I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was matted onto Gold Mirri card with d/s tape and attached to a 6x6 card base. The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads.
To finish I added a Greeting Tag, Glitter, Pearls and a Insert inside.
