Red Flake Seasons Greetings 3D Rosette Decoupage TopperCompleted by Diane Vermeer
OccasionChristmas / Christmas Vintage
Printed onto Photo Paper. Cut out all the elements. Used DST to attach to a pink scalloped edge card. I used foam pads to build up the design. To finish, I used little pearls on the Bow. A great design and easy to make up, and make a lovely gift.
