The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a blue silk art card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of Christmas text embossed card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used a snowflake embellishment, gem, glossy accents and buttons to decorate. I sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
